Description
Corgi Aviation Archive AA39404 depicts the Vickers Valiant B(PR).Mk 1 of RAF No.543 Squadron, serial WZ399, shown at Offutt AFB, Nebraska for Operation Snowdrop in January 1957. The standout detail is the event-linked finish, with the reference noting the distinctive red tail and wingtip markings applied for operations over the Arctic Circle, giving this V-bomber a very specific moment and setting.
A strong Cold War RAF subject for display, ideal if you want an uncommon reconnaissance Valiant variant with clearly dated operational markings in 1:144.

Model Condition - Good (6/10)
- Most of this model is in good condition but the defects mainly come from the plastic parts as follows:
- One antenna above the cockpit has been repaired and restuck on but remains bent at the end.
- One underside drop tank has been glued back on.
- The stand rubber has been glued at some point and remains stuck in place. The glue does extend to the fuselage.
- The only noticeable wear to the diecast surface is next to the rubber stand piece where there is some usage wear.
Box condition - Near Mint (9/10)
- Some light shelf wear to the edges.

- Obvious overall wear, visible marks or paint loss; better suited as a display or filler piece.
Fair (5/10)
- Heavy wear, larger areas of paint loss, repairs or clearly visible flaws.
Spares / Repairs (4/10 or below)
- Significant damage, missing attached parts, broken components or best suited for restoration/spares.
