Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel or amend an order where necessary, including where there is an error in pricing, product information, stock availability, payment verification or suspected fraud.
If we need to cancel or amend an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address or telephone number provided at checkout.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted and processed, we may not always be able to cancel or amend it before dispatch.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an item will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Bank transfer may be available by prior arrangement for wholesale, bulk or specially agreed orders.
All transactions are processed in GBP (£), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full credit or debit card details.

Shipping options, estimated delivery times and delivery charges are shown at checkout where applicable.
Orders are usually dispatched within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy, subject to cleared payment, order verification and service availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs checks, incorrect addresses, peak periods, severe weather or events outside our control.
For consumer orders, risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

International orders may be subject to customs duty, import VAT, sales tax or local handling fees depending on the destination country.
Where import duties and taxes are clearly shown and collected at checkout, your order may be shipped using a duty-paid service where available.
Where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, international orders are usually shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means you may be required to pay import charges directly to your local customs authority or delivery carrier before delivery.
We complete customs declarations accurately and are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.
