Shipping Costs
Domestic buyers within the UK
All items in store include free express & tracked delivery via Royal Mail.
International buyers
Shipping costs range from £7 and up. This is applied within the checkout which have been calculated to provide exceptional value for our international buyers. We offer an express tracked delivery service via Royal Mail.
Some of our higher value items are eligible for free express & tracked international shipping via Royal Mail. This is displayed within the description and shipping section of the listing.
Please note that we do not offer untracked shipping options such as economy due to potential threats such as theft and missing parcels which also invalidates our insurance.
Customs Duty & Taxes
Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.
Combined Shipping (International buyers only)
If you are considering purchasing multiple items, we are happy to combine the orders into one parcel.
Please note that due to the variation of products, sizes and weights on offer, we are unable to provide accurate quotes for shipping within the checkout for multiple items. For us to combine the order you can:
- Contact us prior to the purchase with the items names, where we will then create a bespoke quote based on the weight/sizing.
- Purchase the items upfront; where we will then automatically refund the difference of the shipping costs back to the origin payment method within 2 working days.
Shipping Times
Goods will be shipped next day after the order is placed.
UK
Free delivery within 2 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 24hr).
Europe
Royal Mail Tracked - 3-5 business days.
Rest of World
Royal Mail Tracked - 6-7 business days.
Shipping Notification
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking information. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
Shipping Delays
Should there be any delays with the postal services, we will announce this on our website.
Should you have not received your goods after 2 working days of the expected timeframe, please contact us at thecollectablesvault95@gmail.com and we will use the tracking to provide an update as soon as possible.
International buyers only
Whilst we fill out our customs declarations accurately, please be aware that in very rare cases, goods may be subject to checks at customs which is out of our control. This can cause a couple of days delay to the expected delivery timeframe.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
In the event the customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it's returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
Missing, Stolen or Damaged Shipments
If you didn't receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the carrier who will perform a detailed investigation and potentially involve local law enforcement to recover your package. Upon completion of this investigation we will replace or refund your order as needed. Please allow up to 21 days for the completion of the investigation.
If your parcels box appears to be damaged upon delivery, please do not open and contact us straight away. We will inform you of what you will need to do going forwards.
