Q: Q: Do you ship overseas from the UK and what are the delivery times?

We offer worldwide international shipping. Europe : 3 - 5 Business Days. Rest of World : 6 - 7 Business Days.

Q: Q: Will I pay customs/import taxes?

USA: Import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where available, and your order should ship with duties paid upfront. You should not normally be charged additional import fees on delivery. Selected EU countries: Import duties and taxes may also be calculated at checkout where the duties-paid service is available. If shown at checkout, these charges are paid upfront before delivery. Other international destinations: If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, your local customs authority or courier may charge import duties, taxes or handling fees on delivery. Please note that very large, heavy or higher-value parcels may have fewer duties-paid delivery options depending on the destination country.

Before you choose

Choosing a kit or other scale model

Check whether the item is a building project or a finished display model, then review the contents and condition.

Confirm kit or ready-made model

Read the individual listing to establish whether assembly and painting are required. This collection can include kits and other scale models, so do not assume every item arrives ready to display.

Check the stated contents

For a kit, review the information about sprues, decals, instructions and any sealed contents. If a particular part or completeness check is important and is not described, ask before ordering.

Plan tools and display space

Confirm the scale and finished dimensions where provided. Check whether paints, glue, tools or a display base are included rather than assuming they come with the item.

Review condition and packaging

Read the Condition tab for the box and contents, including any noted damage or age-related issues. Sealed and opened examples may have different inspection information available.
