Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging. (For pre-owned items, this means returned exactly as supplied, including any included accessories or inserts.)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items showing clear signs of use.
- Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error).
- Returns requested after 30 days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank or credit card statement, as processing times may vary.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us via the Contact Us page.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order (damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect item), please email us and we’ll make it right with a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund.
Return Shipping
- UK customers can return items with free return postage provided.
- Non-UK Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If your return is approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
