Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging. (For pre-owned items, this means returned exactly as supplied, including any included accessories or inserts.)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items showing clear signs of use.
• Any product not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error).
• Returns requested after 30 days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

• Check your bank or credit card statement, as processing times may vary.
• If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us via the Contact Us page.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order (damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect item), please email us and we’ll make it right with a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund.

Return Shipping

• UK customers can return items with free return postage provided.
• Non-UK Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• If your return is approved for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
• Contact us before returning an item for detailed instructions.

EU Right of Withdrawal and 30-Day Returns

If you are based in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

In addition to this statutory right, we offer a 30-day returns period. This means you may contact us to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, accessories and paperwork included where applicable.

If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins from the day you receive the final item in your order.

How to request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal: Please contact us via our Contact Us page with a clear statement that you wish to return your order or withdraw from your purchase.

Returning your order: Once you have notified us that you wish to return your order, the goods must be sent back to us promptly. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, accessories and paperwork included where applicable.

Return shipping costs: The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we have agreed otherwise. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured return service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they are safely returned to us.

Your refund: For returns made under the EU right of withdrawal, we will refund the original product price plus the standard outbound shipping cost paid at checkout. Premium or express shipping upgrades are non-refundable. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Condition of returned goods: You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but you are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and condition of the goods.

Customs, duties and import charges: Any import duties, taxes or customs handling fees paid directly by you to your local customs authority or delivery carrier are not charges paid to us and are not refunded by us. You may need to contact your local customs authority or carrier to ask whether any refund is available.

Exceptions: The EU right of withdrawal may not apply to personalised, custom-made or specially requested items, or sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or protection reasons once opened. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
