Preowned - Very Good (7/10)
Limited Edition
788 of 1000

Description

This Messerschmitt Bf 109E represents Yellow 1 of Luftwaffe 9./JG 26, flown by Gerhard Schopfel at Caffiers, France during the Battle of Britain in August 1940. The early-war scheme and unit markings tie it to one of the most recognisable periods of the air campaign, making this a standout Battle of Britain subject.

A strong addition to a WWII fighter lineup, especially for Battle of Britain-focused displays. Ideal for display and for collections built around named pilots, Luftwaffe units and campaign-era markings.
