Description
This F-100D Super Sabre represents “56-3000” and “Triple Zilch” of the 20th TFW at RAF Wethersfield, Essex, England in late 1957. The marking style reflects an early Cold War USAF jet based in Britain, making it a distinctive post-war subject with strong period character.
A great fit for a 1:72 jet collection, especially alongside other USAF and NATO-era aircraft. Ideal for display and for collectors who enjoy named aircraft and specific base-era schemes.

Model Condition - Excellent (8/10)
The model has not previously been on display and the box was sealed prior to photography. There were some defects that could be seen through the plastic tray and therefore was opened for photography. The stand, armament and refuel probe accessories are still factory sealed.
- The silver paintwork has some grey lines which is common for this particular paint type, mainly to the underside next to the weapon pylons.
- On the underside of the tail, a small area of paintwork cured to the plastic tray and has lifted some of the paint from the aircraft.
- Above the lifted paint from the final image is a paint bubble.
Box condition - Excellent (8/10)
- The box has light wear for the age and has been kept well.
