Description
A distinctive 1:72 scale diecast representation of Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-8 “Blue 13”, associated with Oberst Walther Dahl and Luftwaffe JG 300 at Jüterbog, Germany, in November 1944.
Walther Dahl became one of the Luftwaffe’s most experienced fighter leaders. After serving on the Eastern Front and in the Mediterranean, he returned to Germany for Defence of the Reich operations and took command of JG 300 during June 1944.
JG 300 was heavily committed against Allied bomber formations over Germany. The unit’s pilots frequently faced overwhelming numerical opposition, and the heavily armed Fw 190A-8 became an important part of its daylight interception operations.
Designed by Kurt Tank, the Fw 190 combined a powerful radial engine, wide-track undercarriage and excellent pilot visibility. Its speed, manoeuvrability and concentrated armament made it one of the Luftwaffe’s most effective wartime fighters.
Released within Corgi’s Aviation Archive Collector Series and limited to 1,100 pieces worldwide, this model features the striking Blue 13 markings, detailed radial-engine cowling, rotating propeller, finely represented control surfaces and a presentation display stand.

- The model does not appear to have been displayed.
- A small area of glue residue is present towards the end of one wing. The residue appears consistent with manufacture; none of the surrounding plastic fixtures show signs of repair.

- Heavy wear, larger areas of paint loss, repairs or clearly visible flaws.
Spares / Repairs (4/10 or below)
- Significant damage, missing attached parts, broken components or best suited for restoration/spares.
