Description

This de Havilland Vampire FB.Mk 9 represents RAF No.28 Squadron service in Hong Kong during late 1955. Finished in a clean post-war camouflage scheme, it captures one of the RAF’s pioneering jet fighters in an overseas theatre setting that stands apart from more familiar European-based subjects.

- Obvious overall wear; better as a display/filler piece.


Fair (5/10)  
- Heavy wear or larger areas of paint loss.


Spares/Repairs (4/10 or below)  
- Significant damage or missing parts.
