Domestic Shipping (UK Buyers)

Our handling time for processing orders is 1 business day from payment. See below for delivery options, costs and delivery times once dispatched.

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 business days with tracking

Express Tracked Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24)

  • £5.20 for orders under £100
  • Delivery Time: 1 business day with tracking

Free Express Shipping

  • Free Royal Mail Express for orders over £100
  • Delivery time: 1 business day with tracking

Free Premium & Insured Delivery (DPD Tracked)

  • Free for orders over £200
  • Delivery Time: 1 business day with tracking

International Shipping

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your package.

Shipping Delays

If there are any known delays with postal services, we will announce updates on our website. If your order has not arrived within 2 working days after the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at jay@thecollectablesvault.com, and we will investigate.

International Customs Delays

While we complete customs declarations accurately, occasional random customs checks may cause minor delays, which are beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will:

  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund, minus shipping costs.
  • If the customer wishes to reattempt delivery, a new order will need to be placed with the correct address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Lost or Stolen Orders

If your tracking number shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • File a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • The carrier may conduct a detailed investigation, which may involve local law enforcement.
  • Once the investigation is complete (up to 21 days), we will either replace or refund your order as appropriate.

Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, do not open it. Instead:
1️⃣ Contact us immediately with photos of the packaging.
2️⃣ We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.
