Corgi Aviation Archive 1:72 Nose Art B-24J Liberator "Michigan" US34011

Limited Edition
13666 of 2000
Pieces Worldwide

Condition

This model features nose art by the same artist behind The Dragon and His Tail, with a tribute to the University of Michigan—"M Go Blue!"—reflecting the alma mater of the U.S. product development manager. During WWII, nose art provided airmen a creative escape from the grim realities of war, using humor, pin-ups, slogans, and symbols to personalize their aircraft. Corgi’s Nose Art range celebrates these unique artworks, with each model including a diecast panel showcasing the design in vivid detail.
