IX MJ755 in Hellenic Air Force markings, as represented in 2020. This 1:48 scale diecast model connects the Spitfire's wartime service with the preservation of Greece's aviation heritage.

MJ755 originally served with RAF No. 43 Squadron before transferring to the Hellenic Air Force in 1947. Spitfires helped equip Greece's post-war fighter force, giving the aircraft a service history that extended beyond the Second World War.

After retirement, MJ755 survived as a gate guardian and museum aircraft. It was sent to Biggin Hill in 2018 for restoration, and this release represents the restored aircraft rather than an operational squadron example from 1947.

Fact Sheet

Brand: Hobby Master

Series: Air Power

Model code: HA8322

Aircraft: Supermarine Spitfire Mk.
